Commercial lavatory faucets feature high-tech money saving features and come in a diversity of designs to match a broad range of bathroom interiors.  Sink faucets are vandal resistant, which minimizes the possibility of unexpected costs associated with deliberately wasted water.  They also have automatic flow control and shutoff, which eliminates the possibility of the faucet being left on accidentally and driving up the water bill.  Hands free operation prevents the spread of bacteria.

Air metering Industrial faucets activate with a very light touch and provide a 10 second flow of water that then shuts off automatically.  Typically, the unit activates with less than 5 pounds of pressure, so handicapped persons and children can easily wash their hands.   

These units are highly sanitary and vandal resistant because a person does not need to touch the faucet to turn it off, nor can vandals cannot leave the faucet on as a prank.   

These units can be customized with thermostatic mixing valves that will mix hot and cold water together and to generate a precise water temperature.  We recommend that temperature be no more than 105 degrees Fahrenheit.   

Air metering faucets are made of solid cast brass body and then chrome plated for a high level of corrosion resistance.

These commercial faucets have a minimal number of moving parts and are time-tested and extremely reliable. Some activate manually, while others activate electronically. 

All lines and models are built for heavy-duty industrial environments. They feature brass, chrome, and stainless steel, anti-rotational trimplates, and stainless steel supply hoses.  Water flow is restricted to 0.5 gallons per minute by means of a vandal resistant aerator. 

The most efficient models are those that operate with an infrared sensor.  The sensor detects a person’s hands and activates the water stream.  The sensor surrounds the entire spout, but it is restricted to the diameter of the lavatory bowl.  It can only be activated with hand motion, so vandals cannot trigger it with mirrors or foreign objects.

This makes the spout ADA compliant because a disabled individual can approach the faucet from any angle and wash his or her hands.
