[XPB-SSCR] Safe Smoker cigarette receptacle is made of high density polyethylene with UV inhibitors and a flame retardant additive. The tubular top design restricts oxygen to extinguish burning butts. It keeps rain out and odors in. Top is easily removed to empty the internal 5 gallon galvanized collection bucket.
