Do you entertain with elegant Teakwood Furniture? It is elegant, functional and makes a sophisticated statement. And the center of entertainment is the dining table. For hundreds of years the dining table has been the center of good food, fine wine, and good friends in all cultures. Teakwood furniture – indoor and outdoor – creates a comfortable social environment conducive to entertaining guests and friends. And it blends with any home or office environment.
Our Teak Wood Furniture is an eco-friendly “Green” product. It is a wood forest product harvested only from properly managed, reforested, sustainable forests that conserve resources for future generations. In fact, when a teak tree is cut from one of our sustainable forests, five new seeds are planted for future generations. Our teak wood furniture has a life expectancy of 75 years under normal use and is made of quality Grade A certified teak wood. It is moisture-resistant, warp-resistant, and rot-resistant and is an excellent choice for poolside, patio, or indoor use.
We use only the highest quality center-cut teakwood for our furniture. Our manufacturing facility in Thailand has been making our furniture for over 35 years. And we use only teak from Thailand, its original source, because the trees grow more naturally and stronger. Teak from Thailand has a natural oil content that is 500% greater than teak from other countries. Therefore, Thai teak is heavier, denser, and stronger than teak from other countries. In addition, our teakwood is from Thai trees that are allowed to grow for 45 years giving it a denser and stronger structure. Teakwood from other countries is usually grown for approximately 25 years and is easily identified by its lighter color and grain. As a sophisticated buyer, you should ask for the best quality, Grade A Thai teak.
In addition to using only the best teak for our Teakwood Furniture, we use a time consuming and sophisticated kiln-drying process. Why? Because the proper kiln-drying process will virtually guarantee your indoor or outdoor teakwood furniture will last a lifetime without cracking or warping. We use a 24 day kiln-drying process that reduces the moisture content to 8%. Other manufacturers take shortcuts and dry their wood to a 15% moisture content. These manufacturers save money in this manner and deliver an inferior product to the customer.
Our Teakwood Furniture also uses extra-thick cuts of teak to maximize the strength and quality of the furniture. Look at the thickness of the cuts and the overall thickness of the arms, legs and table tops – the thicker the better. Thicker means higher quality.
Craftsmanship and Quality are the key features of our Teak wood Furniture. We use only center cuts without any visible knots from Grade A teak wood known as "Tectona Grandis". Excellent kiln-drying and dark grains are characteristics of our teak wood chairs, benches, and tables. And the joints of every piece of our quality furniture utilize the mortise and tendon methods which assures maximum durability.
All of our beautiful and durable Teak wood Furniture is unique in design. Our talented team of designers creates designs that are both elegant and comfortable. Our chairs and benches incorporate curves in the backs and bottoms that conform to the shape of the human body. This extra attention to design details results in furniture that is comfortable and relaxing to experience.
