School Student Lockers

Locker vendors furnish several different lines of student lockers for school.  Some of these lines are very affordable and designed for basic student personal storage.  Others are designed for use in athletic facilities. 

Material options allow schools from elementary all the way up to university level to select a blend of durability and attraction factor that will deliver maintenance free reliability and suitable compliment to a wide range of interior architectures.

An average sized student body with little, or very infrequent vandalism, can often be affordably accommodated with standard metal lockers.  These units are extremely affordable and easy to configure for a variety of floor plants.

There are many different color options to choose from to match building interiors and floor colors.  Lockers come with shelves, wall hooks, and ceiling hooks so students can have plenty of organizational space for coats, backpacks, books, and personal computing devices.

When student populations begin to rise, and building sizes cannot keep up with the growth, districts may want to opt for two tiered metal student lockers for school.   The advantage that these lockers offer is that they double the amount of lockers in a given linear run of wall space.  

This is an excellent way to save both money and space.  Sufficient storage volume is available to meet basic requirements for student privacy and security.

Twotiered lockers are available with solid doors and vented doors.  Many physical education departments in lower grades prefer these lockers because they are ventilated, and provide plenty of room for the storage of both day clothes and books.

Athletic departments typically opt for wide student lockers for school.  These lockers feature the extra volume required for uniforms and special gear.  They can be configured as single wide or three wide units with varying depths, storage shelves, wall hooks, and ceiling hooks.  They are made from heavy duty metal and are ideal for the heavy duty, frequent usage.

There are also student lockers for school that are designed specifically with heavy duty usage and/or vandal resistance in mind.  All welded lockers are often favored by high schools with large numbers of high risk students. 

They are made from heavy duty steel, and they can be configured one, two, or three tiers tall.  These lockers are made from a single piece of steel that spans multiple units, so they are much harder to damage than standard lockers.  They can also be ordered with standard ventilated doors or diamond perforated doors designed for maximum visibility.

Corridor student lockers are ideal for school environments that require a great deal of interior customization.  These lockers can be ordered in any one of 24 standard and specialty colors, and they can be ordered with or without legs. 

Multiple tier options are also available.  This style offers particular advantages to nontraditional settings, magnet schools, and private schools that may feature unique interior architecture that departs significantly from that which we typically visualize when we picture in our minds the way a school looks.
