They are ergonomically engineered and designed to be simple and attractive. These seats have multiple applications and are frequently found in sports stadiums, arenas, auditoriums and gathering halls of all sizes. They can be used indoors or outdoors and have numerous modern features. In addition, our seats meet all OSIA, and ADA compliance codes.
Our Floor Mount and Riser Mount Stadium Seats are far superior to the heavy steel seats that were commonly purchased only a few years ago. These plastic seats are a revolutionary breakthrough for the stadium seating industry. High-impact polypropylene is the same material used by the auto industry to make car bumpers and other durable parts. These seats do NOT break, they do NOT rust, and they do NOT have to be repainted which significantly reduces the maintenance costs of the facility. In addition, they are made in the USA.
There are a number of other features that our Floor Mount and Riser Mount Stadium Seats can offer. They are impregnated with maximum UV inhibitors to prevent fading from sunlight. We have three standard colors available, royal blue, green and black. Custom colors are available with orders over 500 seats. The strength and durability of these modern plastic seats will out perform the old standard steel seats of yesteryear. These seats are one-piece and have been thoroughly tested and they will not break under normal use or even extreme use. Their strength has been tested to 80,000 pounds per square inch. However, they will flex slightly to adjust and cradle the body while providing support. Also, the plastic is corrosion and chemical resistant and will not rust. And the seats are resistant to cracking, peeling, and fading. The seats are easily cleaned with a power water washer.
Another advantage of our Floor Mount and Riser Mount Stadium Seats is that they retrofit onto preexisting bleachers. Basically, they will attach directly onto existing bleacher seats. These folding seats can be retrofitted onto venues of wood, concrete, steel and aluminum and can be mounted on top of cement risers. The seats can be ordered with a solid back or slat back option. Our available sizes, measured from center armrest to center armrest are 22, 21, 20, and 19 inches.
Other design features of our Floor Mount and Riser Mount Stadium Seats include a gravity assisted system with lifting seat hinge. These seats will lift automatically to a 3/4 fold or closed position when unoccupied. If desired, the seats can be ordered with a lifting seat hinge that fully closes the seat when unoccupied. The seat rotates and is supported by two 5/16 inch high strength steel hinge rods. And all edges of the plastic seat are finished with a radius to give the user additional comfort. All fasteners used with these seats are either stainless steel or automotive grade cadmium plated steel with acorn design chrome plated nuts.
